Even though I've been exercising regularly, the hardest thing for me has been to see how my endurance/stamina/strength has suffered. All I know is that I just need to keep working at it in order to reach the levels I was before. When you get back to it after a break its a bit rough the first few days, but then your back to where you left, it takes a few days to get adjusted. So keep going, the other cardio what you have been doing would have helped in increasing your stamina which will in turn help you in running!! Keep running n writing. Cheers. yet m...I am zero comapred to you regarding fitness.<br />yet my fast walking was a breeze when I used to do it daily last year.<br />I did 3 miles today and I was hoping for it to finish.
