I have too many apples so this was the way to go...smoothies for the week
Apple-Lemon
2 apples
1/2 lemon juiced
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
1 whole carrot
1/2 cup of water
Apple-Grape
1 apple
1 cup red grapes
1 whole carrot
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
1/2 cup water
Apple-Pear-Banana
1 apple
1 banana
1 pear
2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
1 stalk of celery
1/2 – 1 cup water
Blend and ready to go :)

Hi Tanvee! I wish I had too many apples! You have some very nutritious combos up there. My oldest daughter loves smoothies. I should remind her of that, since she needs a little nutrition fix for her diet.

Hi Marion, Both T and I bought apples this week and we have a vacation planned soon..so this was the best way to go, all possible apple smoothies, they are good in the morning and as my snacks also...I love them, especially because you can mix and match so many different flavours..
