Check out my new page :)

I want to push myself a little more, become a little more disciplined so I have decided to share my workout and food plans with all of you for the next few weeks, if you are interested in seeing what I eat or  my workout on daily basis use the 'My Fitness Plan' tab on top
I'm hoping by noting things on the blog I will become more aware of my shortcomings :) and it will help me understand what effects my workout intensity and food intake.
Hopefully this will help  me improve my plans and become better.

Keep Reading I will Keep Writing

  1. It's a great idea to make it "public". So much easier to progress when you know people are following you. I wish you good luck!

    1. Hi Leigh, I'm regular with my food journaling, I use Myfitnesspal every single day, but I wanted to become more strict about my food, so even though I was sticking to my calorie count religiously, I still felt I needed to improve my food, that's why this new page

  3. I eat frozen bananas too! They are so yummy. Love your new page! In my mind, you are already doing a fantastic job with your health. And your recent photos of yourself-beautiful. If that's what people call "shortcomings," more people I know would like to have them! :D

    2. Well, Tanvee, you have quite a gold standard, but I like that about you. I have pretty high standards for myself too. In my mind, it's way better to just go for the weight and fitness that is utterly delightful. Plus, it's just great to always have a big fitness project going on. I love the fitness process, it is so incredibly enjoyable to me.

I don't do interval training at all. I'm basically a slow methodical person, minus some slightly faster jogging Keebler and I do each week, so I decided to spend my time here on this post. :D

    3. Hi Marion, I feel like I'm constantly changing my goals, just as I complete one goal a new goal seems to appear and I start working towards that...it's a good thing to constantly improve and push yourself, but I have a big problem with seeing the goals that I have checked off my list, to me they become insignificant and it always feels like I always have a long way to go...I started with cardio, so interval training has been a part of my workout for long. I love the feeling I get when I see my sprint speed increase :)
