Recently...

In my last post I mentioned to all of you that things were not so nice at my end and nothing has changed yet. I’m clearly struggling in my life at this point, things are getting a little too difficult for me to handle. Bad mood coupled with all the tension makes it more difficult to keep up with my Blog. So I have decided I’m going to concentrate on fixing my life, getting everything back on track. I will be back soon I promise maybe in a week or so, I need all your good thoughts and wishes, please don’t forget me...

Just for the record I’m going to continue working out and eating healthy.

Loads of love
Tanvee

  1. Tanvee, blogging is a hobby, and you need to put yourself before blogging. Love you dearly, hope things improve, and I'll be content waiting for a happier post from you, whenever it happens. My thoughts and prayers are with you! :)

  2. Hi Tanvee! I'm going to tell you what I've told my two adult daughters countless times: When you're exhausted with life, you're actually doing better than you imagine. So just keep going, even if it doesn't feel like you're doing your best. You'll look back on this time, and in a couple of years, realize that you did very good. It just didn't feel that way.

Pace yourself. Don't get too excited or too disappointed in anything. Wear your emotional raincoat so that you emotionally protect yourself when the proverbial shit flies. Focus on getting important items done off the to-do list rather than worrying about the big picture. Say no to all extra stuff that causes needless complications.

Go to a movie. Many years ago, a law professor advised this when I was overly anxious. What it does is show you that you really can take 1 1/2 hours off your busy life and zone out to get a break. It made me feel much less frazzled and more ready to face all that needed to get done.

That's the advice that makes my own daughters feel better. I'm glad you're keeping fit and eating well while you are over-busy. Exercise takes care of a LOT of my crankiness/moodiness.

Thanks for the lovely little note to me on your last post. You're a sweetheart. <3

    :-) Marion

    1. Hi Marion, thank you so much for all the wonderful advise you have given me, I have actually put it to use. I took a break, I tried not to get too emotional and the times I did get emotional I avoided taking any decisions till I was calmer. Exercise surely helped me stay sane, I did not manage my usual classes because I could never make it on time but I managed doing some of workout most days, if it was not the gym I did exercise videos and stair climbing at home, one day we went for a long walks
I really want you to know I appreciate your advice and it helped me in my last week, thank you so much
(I know you are not the hug kind but I still want to give you a big hug)

  5. I feel bad that I didn't read and write earlier. I totally understand taking the time to work on other parts of life. I think that's what I was trying to do during my absence from blogging. I feel like I can really relate to a lot of what you've written about. Taking the time and space to live life and work on finding that inner source of peace and strength is really important. It's part of the getting healthy process too.
Good luck & I can't wait to hear from you when you're back ... (and you can always email me in the meantime!) ayesha76@gmail.com

    1. Hi Ayesha, thank you so much for your comment, every time you don't comment I wonder if everything is alright with you, reading your comments always makes me feel like I have somebody who understands me completely in the blogging world. Your comments actually took away my guilt of not being able to blog...I kept feeling I have just started and taking a break was just me giving an excuse but I really did need that time. Thank you for your support and love.
I'm sending hugs and love your way.
