April Challenges

Most of you must have noticed I have not posted as much or commented on as many blogs as I usually do. Personally March was not a very good month for me (Its usually my favourite month, with my Bday and the spring coming). But this year was different lots of things were happening and not happening at the same time (confused?? thats exactly how I felt) on the whole it was a very stressful month. As usual I managed to stick to my workout and my eating plans, but other things like sleep, blog and peace of mind seemed to have gone out of the window
I have done a whole lot of thinking and I have also discovered certain things about myself, I feel when life doesn't go as planned it is an opportunity to explore yourself more and learn. So finally by the end of the month I did just that (lot of thinking and figuring out my life)

March Challenge Update

  1. Wake up at 5.30 (mostly done) 
  2. Try the whole life challenge (done and posted my update) 
  3. Study  (I finally started studying,though not as many days as I wanted to but definitely more than the previous month) 
  4. Continue the previous challenges (In this I missed the 20 blog posts challenge)
April Challenges

  1. Study on all weekdays 
  2. Get back to my blogging and reading
  3. Talk to a trainer and check my fitness level 
  4. Start running outdoors (towards the end of the month atleast a week)
  5. WLC (entire month)
I'm sure April will be a better month, I'm going to work towards making it a better month.

    1. Hi Gwen, blogging does come to the bottom of my priority list but I hate it when it gets ignored because my mood is bad.I want to be able to handle that, I want to become more productive even when my day is not so good...

  3. April will be a great month - the weather is getting warmer, and it just puts everyone in a good mood! I'm certainly starting to get out of my Jan/Feb/March funk!! Good luck with your April goals!

    2. Hi A, I really hope both of us are in a better state in April, Being mentally stressed spoils everything...(I wish I could learn how to handle it so that I did not let it affect me so much)
