Carrot and Coriander soup

I look in my fridge I have carrots (I always have carrots, my favourite) so this was my only choice
Ingredients
1 Onion
Chopped Carrots (500 gm)
1 tsp coriander powder
Vegetable stock
Salt and black pepper for seasoning

Method
1. Heat oil in a pot, add carrots and onion. Cook these for a few minutes (4-5 min)
2. Add coriander powder, salt and pepper. Cook for another minute
3. Add vegetable stock and simmer till the vegetables are tender
4. Blend this until smooth
5. Reheat and add fresh coriander.
