1. SMALL
Set small goals and Take very small steps
2. KEEP MOVING
One small step and then another small step...as soon as you are
comfortable with your small step move ahead to the next small step
3. EXERCISE AND FOOD
Only eating healthy or only exercising alone will not
work I think we need to balance both of these
4. NOTE
Always write down how you have improved, it’s not only about
how much weight you have lost but also how many small steps you have taken
successfully.
